Happy Birthday to ME and Happy Earth Day 2021 to the EARTH!!!! Im so lucky to share a Birthday with Earth Day. On this day each year, I love to plant a tree. It's been my yearly tradition for the last 20 years at least. In my state this year, it snowed the last few days as part of a late cold front that moved through. so this year, my tree planting will have to wait until weekend when the temps are due to go back up. Im going to plant a Prarie Fire Crabapple in the backyard. As my last year in my 40's I will go out like I came in (planted pink roses the year I turned 40)- Prarie Fire Crabapples bloom BEAUTIFUL pink flowers and provide tasty crabapples most the winter for the birds to enjoy. I love planting, gardening and growing......just being in Nature is enough to restore my soul!
